It also occurred to me that Tom &/or Perez may well be able to involve one of the graduates in the business planning/accounting/bookkeeping side of this part of this initial proving project as training in Business Studies........

Rod,
Perhaps we need to create a new thread to cater for the vocational training project concepts? Also, How are we going with the hairdressing proposal for training 6 apprentices?

There has been a fair bit of talk back and forth with the folks in Kenya, and we hope to set it in motion when I visit in January.
